Quality Cleaning Experts

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of qualitycleaningsocal.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services provided by Quality Cleaning Experts ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential, commercial, short-term rental, and move-in/move-out cleaning in San Diego and Riverside Counties. The scope of each job is the one listed in your quote or booking confirmation. Anything not listed there is excluded unless we agree to it in writing.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. If the property's size, condition, or requested scope differs from what you described, we may adjust the price. Whenever possible, we'll tell you before starting the extra work. Quotes are valid for [30] days.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation
Please give at least [48] hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancelling with less notice, or failing to give us access at the scheduled time, may result in a fee of 50% of the service price.
We may reschedule because of weather, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Access & Property Preparation
You agree to:
Give us safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, or gate access
Make sure utilities (water and electricity) are working
Secure or remove valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, and fragile or sentimental items
Tell us about pets, alarms, hazards, or special surfaces before we arrive
Keep pets secured if they could interfere with the cleaning or with our team's safety
We may decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary. Examples include biohazards, pest infestations, mold, or hoarding conditions. Charges for time already spent may still apply.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of the invoice, as agreed. We accept payment via Stripe and ACH. Unpaid balances more than [15] days past due may incur a late fee of 10%, and future services may be suspended until the balance is paid. Recurring service plans are billed according to the schedule in your agreement.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any part of a cleaning, contact us within [24] hours of service. We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no charge. Re-cleaning is our sole remedy for satisfaction concerns. Refunds are not provided unless we agree to one in writing.
7. Damage & Claims
We take care with your home or business. If something is damaged during service, you must report it in writing to [email protected] within [24] hours, with photos. We may repair the item, replace it, or reimburse you up to its reasonable value. We are not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear, or items that were already damaged, loose, or improperly installed
Damage caused by information you did not give us, such as a surface's care requirements
Items left unsecured in violation of Section 4
Cash, jewelry, or valuables that were not stored away
8. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Our team members are trained and screened at our expense. During service and for [12] months afterward, you agree not to hire any of our team members directly, or through another company, to perform cleaning services. If you do, a placement fee of $2500 applies.
9. Text Messages (SMS)
By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from Quality Cleaning Experts about quotes, appointments, and service updates. If you separately opt in, you'll also receive promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes submitting false information, interfering with how the Site works, or trying to access it without authorization. All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Quality Cleaning Experts or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quality Cleaning Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Quality Cleaning Experts harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, or out of hazardous conditions at your property that you did not tell us about.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [San Diego] County, California.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
