Before you request a quote
How do you price a job?
By the space, not by a flat menu. Square footage, number of bathrooms, current condition and how often you want service all move the number. Send your details and you'll get a real price back, usually within two hours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a code, a lockbox or a key. Whatever you're comfortable with works — we'll confirm the arrangement before the first visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is included, and most clients let us use ours. If you'd rather we use your products — for stone counters, pets, allergies or a scent you can't be around — leave them out and we'll use those. We ask about scent sensitivity before the first visit either way.
Is the first cleaning different?
Usually, yes. The first visit is a deep clean so everything starts from the same baseline — baseboards, build-up, the spots that get skipped. After that, regular visits keep it there. If you only want specific rooms or tasks handled, tell us and we'll work to that instead.
How often do most clients book?
Every two weeks is the most common. We also do monthly and one-time cleans — including move-outs and post-construction. Recurring clients get priority on scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Quality Cleaning Experts LLC carries liability coverage, and we're glad to send documentation before your first appointment.
Can you handle Airbnb turnovers on short notice?
Often, yes — but short-term rentals get quoted on a quick 15-minute call instead of a form. Turnovers depend on your booking calendar, how many properties you have and how tight the window is between check-out and check-in. One call covers all of it faster than a chain of emails.
What if something isn't cleaned right?
Call or text and tell us. You'll reach Levette directly, not a ticket queue, and we'll make it right. That's what the satisfaction guarantee means.
